  • OUS Hub in German. OUS Hub uses the language set for your user in Odoo, so anyone whose Odoo is in German sees OUS Hub in German too. There is nothing to configure in Outlook.
  • Stage names, activity types and Odoo's own messages now appear in your Odoo language rather than in English, and emails you file in Odoo carry their From / To / Date details in your language too.
  • Dates follow your Odoo language, for example "Heute" and "30. Okt." for German users.

  • Control who can use OUS Hub from Odoo. Create a user group called OUS Hub Users in Odoo and only its members can sign in. No Odoo module or server change is needed, and without the group everyone can sign in as before. See Access Control.

First release of OUS Hub.

  • See who you're talking to. Open an email and OUS Hub finds the sender in Odoo, with their photo, company logo, phone number and email address.
  • Engagement rating. A hot / warm / cold gauge shows how engaged a contact is, worked out from their leads, opportunities, quotes, orders and invoices in Odoo, and whether they are warming up or cooling down. It counts activity across everyone at the same company. No third-party AI or data enrichment service is involved.
  • Related records at a glance: leads and opportunities, project tasks, helpdesk tickets, sales orders, purchase orders and invoices for the contact, each with its stage or date.
  • Custom module support. Add your own Odoo modules in Settings, alongside the built-in ones.
  • Upcoming activities, with items due today or overdue highlighted.
  • Quick actions to create or search records from each section, open the contact in Odoo, save them as a vCard, or call them with one click (tap-to-call on mobile, or your softphone app on desktop).
  • Works on sent emails. In Sent Items, OUS Hub shows the person you sent the email to.
  • Works on emails sent from Odoo. For Odoo notification emails, OUS Hub shows the person who wrote the message rather than the system address.
  • "My records only" option, to show only records assigned to you.
  • Fast. The card loads in a single request and is remembered for 15 minutes, so reopening an email is instant.
  • Attach an email to any Odoo record. Search for the record and attach the email and its attachments (up to 40 MB) to its chatter, including quotes, sales orders, purchase orders and invoices.
  • Send & Store. When you reply in a conversation linked to an Odoo record, send your reply and post it to the record's chatter in one step, attachments included.
  • Tidy chatter. Inline embedded images such as signature logos are stripped, and quoted earlier messages fold away behind "Read more", for emails from all major email programs.
  • No duplicates. OUS Hub recognises an email that has already been stored and opens the existing record instead.
  • Stored emails are marked with an "Odoo" category in Outlook.
  • Open the record in Odoo straight after attaching (optional).
  • Create records from an email: leads, opportunities, contacts, companies, project tasks, helpdesk tickets and activities. The email is posted to the new record's chatter.
  • Pre-filled forms. Name, email, phone number, website, country and company are filled in from the email and its signature where possible.
  • Create a company without leaving the contact form, then carry on with the contact.
  • Fewer duplicates. New contacts are matched to existing companies by email domain and country.
  • Leads and opportunities in one form. If your Odoo doesn't use leads, the choice is hidden.
  • Leads from website contact forms. In a shared mailbox, Create Lead works on contact-form emails (for example from WordPress), where the sender is your website rather than the customer.
  • Choose where the email goes. Optionally use the email as the record's description as well as posting it to the chatter.
  • Log meetings as Odoo activities from a calendar invite, pre-filled with the subject, time, description, contact and video call link. Only what you need for the reminder is stored, so no calendar sync is required.
  • Find Contact on calendar invites, to match a contact by hand when the invite comes from a booking system rather than the person.
  • Linked conversations. Once an email is stored against a record, later emails in the same conversation are recognised and linked to it, even after Outlook's local data has been cleared.
  • Record suggestions from references in the subject line, such as order or ticket numbers.
  • Learns your formats. OUS Hub learns the reference formats your Odoo records use and uses them to suggest the right record.
  • Only relevant suggestions. Closed and long-inactive records are not suggested.
  • Choose which record types are matched, or turn automatic matching off, in Settings.
  • Odoo 8 through Odoo 20, Community and Enterprise, on Odoo Online (Custom plan), Odoo.sh or your own server.
  • Installs in Outlook, not Odoo. No Odoo modules, no server changes and no Odoo administrator needed.
  • Every Outlook: Outlook Classic for Windows and Mac, the new Outlook for Windows and Mac, Outlook on the web, and Outlook for iOS and Android.
  • Microsoft 365, Exchange Online and Exchange Server 2016, 2019 and Subscription Edition.
  • Shared mailboxes as well as your own.
  • Pin the pane to keep OUS Hub open as you move between emails.
  • Dark mode. OUS Hub follows Outlook's light or dark theme automatically.
  • Sign in with your Odoo API key. The login page has a shortcut to create one, your licence is activated automatically, and you stay signed in across your devices.
  • 14-day free trial. Sign in to start it, then upgrade from the link in the trial banner.
  • Online subscriptions. If a payment fails, you keep access while it is retried (up to about three weeks).
  • No third-party AI. Your contacts and emails are never sent to an AI or data enrichment service.
  • Secure sessions. Each sign-in is cryptographically signed and tied to your own Odoo database.
  • No personal data in server logs.
